The privacy protocols put forth by Chapter One uses and protects any information that you provide to us when you complete an online application form to become a volunteer tutor, use our Chapter One website, or when we record information that relates to your active volunteering with us. Chapter One is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and that any information that you give us will only be used in accordance with these protocols.

At Chapter One, we believe that Child Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. Chapter One trains all staff and volunteers in its Safeguarding/Child Protection Policy and Procedures before they undertake any tutoring or, in the case of staff, school visits. All volunteers and staff agree to comply with the Chapter One Safeguarding/Child Protection Policy and Procedure.
